FOUNDER STORY
After an injury forced her to retire from professional sports, founder Mili found herself navigating a loss of identity she wasn't prepared for. The stress took a toll — her gut and skin started reacting, and she developed cystic acne in her late twenties, followed by hyperpigmentation and melasma from years of sun exposure.
Facing all of it at once, she searched for makeup that could meet her where she was: sweat-proof enough for training, clean enough for acne-prone skin, and effective enough to actually give her confidence. It didn't exist.
So she spent years studying skin health, ingredients, and formulation — and decided to build it herself. A performance beauty line that protects and repairs athletic skin while serving as a truly functional makeup product. Seven years of R&D later, Ferrous Beauty has entered the arena.
